Based at the south end of Loch Awe, we’ve been smoking fish since 1993, focusing on time-honoured methods, consistency, and flavour.

Everything we sell is prepared with care, attention to detail and respect for the product. Our smoked fish is cured, smoked and sliced in small batches, allowing us to control flavour, texture and quality at every stage.

We specialise in traditional Cold & Hot Smoked Salmon, Trout alongside a selection of fresh Scottish fish and shellfish, all chosen for quality and reliability. Orders are packed to order and sent out with the same standards we expect ourselves.
