We’re Murray Smoked Products, a small, family-run smokehouse and fishmonger on the West Coast of Scotland.

We’ve been smoking fish since 1993, with our smokehouse based in  Ford, by Lochgilphead. In 2011, we opened our in Lochgilphead shop, allowing us to offer not only our own smoked products but also a wide range of fresh fish and shellfish to our customers.

The business is run by Ruari and Morvern, alongside our son  Donald, continuing a family tradition built on quality, care and consistency.

Our Smoked products — including Cold & Hot Smoked Salmon, Trout  — are made in small batches, hand-sliced, carefully prepared and packed to order. Everything we sell is something we’re proud to put our name to.
