Melon with Smoked Salmon
Cut the melon into strips and carefully drape thin slices of smoked salmon over the melon. Serve with a wedge of lemon and brown bread.
Pasta and Hot Smoked Salmon
Ingredients:
250gms Hot Smoked Salmon fillets
250gms pasta
4 different coloured peppers sliced up
4 tablespoons Philadelphia cream cheese and juice from a lemon
Parsley/mixed chives
Method:
Cook the pasta as per the instructions on the box. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
Add the hot smoked salmon. Break the salmon up then add the peppers/Philadelphia and lemon juice/parsley/mixed chives. Season and serve.
Smoked Salmon Fish Pie
Serves 4
Ingredients:
250gms Smoked Salmon
150gms Fresh Haddock/Cod
60gms melted butter
70gms self raising flour
12 fl ozs full fat milk
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
Chopped dill
Mashed potato
Method:
Melt butter
Stir in flour
Add milk
Add the dill, horseradish sauce and lemon juice
Add the hot smoked salmon and haddock
Put in a casserole dish, add the mashed potato on the top of the fish.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200C
